How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. All orders ship via US Mail unless a FedEx delivery is requested by you during the checkout process. Shipping time will vary based on the selected shipping method, but in general orders should be received within 5-10 business days.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

When shipping US Mail, the cost is a combination shipping + handling fee, based on your pre-tax order subtotal.

Domestic Orders $0-150.00: $8.00
Domestic Orders $150.01 and up: $6.00
All International Orders: $12.00 flat rate, regardless of order total.

(Note: we ship internationally to Canada, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands only. If you’d like to get a quote for  
delivery to a different international location, please email laura@samandtasha.com.)

If you’ve selected a FedEx delivery option, the charge will be calculated based on weight and origin/ destination zip code. The charge is calculated by FedEx, not Sam & Tasha LLC.
