RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your purchase! However, if you need to make an exchange, you may do so for merchandise credit. Please contact us for a return authorization number before sending back the item(s) along with the corresponding packing slip. Items sent back for exchange must be received within 14 days of receipt.
For your protection, we suggest you ship items back using FedEx, UPS, or a delivery service with delivery tracking capabilities. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to exchanging or returning an item. sam & tasha is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
All items sent back for exchange must be in the original packaging, with all hangtags and labels still attached. Items must be unused, unworn, and in sellable condition. The customer assumes the shipping and handling fees for any exchanges.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will give you instructions for shipping the item back, and you can choose to exchange the item or to be credited for the item. In the event you receive damaged or defective goods, sam & tasha will handle the shipping costs to have the item sent back. Please note, we cannot accept items sent back without prior notice and approval.
These items are not accepted for return or exchange: dog toys, sale merchandise, or custom items.
